3. Users need to have a fixed power supply line near the equipment, and should be equipped with an all-pole disconnecting device with a contact spacing of ≥3mm and a leakage protection switch. There should be no debris around the equipment to facilitate operation.

4. The equipotential connecting terminals of the commercial stainless electric griddle equipment are located at the bottom of the back of the furnace. A copper core of no less than 2.5mm2 should be used to reliably connect to the adjacent equipotential connecting terminals or wires that comply with safety regulations.

5. Before starting the griddle, check whether the connection parts of the electrical components of the griddle are loose, whether the power connection is correct, and whether the safety grounding is reliable.
