To prevent the insulation layer of the wire from being damaged and causing electric shock; if the insulation of the wire is peeled off, replace the wire with a new one in time or wrap the wire with insulating tape.

When using a commercial stainless steel griddle, if there are children around, be sure to remind them not to touch the grill, and to stay as far away as possible.

If it is used at home, you should pay more attention to the dangers. Do not dismantle the stainless steel griddle at will. When cleaning, be careful not to let the power part come into contact with water. If it is stained with water, be sure to wipe it dry or place it in a ventilated place to air dry naturally, but be sure to wait until all the water is gone. Use after drying.

Before use, take out the sink and add about 1/2 of the water, then gently put the sink back into place. 1. Before cooking food, turn the switch knob to the maximum position. When the heating element automatically turns off and on, it means that the temperature has reached the desired baking temperature. (Turn the switch knob to the maximum position to start production after 2-3 minutes).
2. Please turn on the fan knob after starting cooking. (Black knob inside switch box).
3. After cooking, please turn off the heating switch and fan switch.
4. To ensure good use, the power supply must be grounded. Please use sockets above 10A alone, and do not use universal sockets with other electrical appliances at the same time.
5. When in use, the commercial stainless steel griddle should be placed horizontally, with a distance of more than 10cm from the sides, back and wall.
6. Do not use the commercial stainless steel griddle next to a kerosene stove or in a high-temperature environment.
7. Do not touch the stainless steel griddle panel during use to avoid injury due to high temperature.
