Commercial Teppanyaki Grill equipment consists of a main machine, peripheral decoration, built-in oil fume purifier and built-in exhaust fan, noise reduction and shock absorption, built-in water purification, and water cooling system. The equipment tabletop is made of Q235-A imported carbon alloy steel with a thickness of 22mm. The stainless steel SUS304 material has a 50*4mm rim and an internal 40*40*3mm square steel frame. The material does not deform or discolor. The equipment is integrated and requires no assembly or disassembly. Customized non-standard equipment can be spliced on site.

The semi-circular Teppanyaki seats 8 people and can be customized according to the customer's store design drawings. Select the heating method according to the actual local conditions of the customer:
1. Gas heating: coal gas, natural gas, liquefied gas;
2. Electric heating: electric heating tube heating, electromagnetic disk heating, electric aluminum disk heating. Teppanyaki equipment consists of a host machine, peripheral decoration, oil fume purifier and fan.

1. Main heating system:
Gas Teppanyaki Grill: 9-inch cast iron burner, the teppanyaki temperature is controlled by the gas switch, the main heat range is 500mm×500mm.
Electric teppanyaki grill: Use an electric hot plate or electromagnetic disk for heating, and the temperature controller controls the temperature of the Teppanyaki. The main heating range is 600mm×400mm.

2. Insulation system: The area outside the main heat is the insulation system. Its temperature is controlled below 100 degrees. It is humanized and designed to avoid safety hazards caused by curious customers touching the teppan table.

3. Fire prevention system: The function of preventing open flames from entering the exhaust duct and eliminating potential safety hazards caused by open flames.

4. Exhaust gas treatment system: allows the exhaust gas inside the equipment to be discharged in a normal cycle.

5. Dual oil fume treatment system: The equipment has its own filter and oil collection drawer to prevent a large amount of oil from entering the pipe and dripping directly into the oil collection drawer. Customized according to the characteristics of Teppanyaki, high temperature resistance and low noise. The exhaust duct is convenient on site and the fan can be installed at the end of the duct (plan).

Each piece of equipment in the exhaust system needs to ensure an air volume of 2500m3/h. The air duct is connected to the outdoors and the direction is adapted to local conditions. If it is not convenient to arrange the air duct on site, an oil fume purifier and a fan can be installed inside the equipment to replace the air duct. The purification rate can reach above 95.
