Precautions for Use of Commercial Griddles & Flat Top Grills

Transportation and storage

During transportation, Commercial Griddles & Flat Top Grills should be handled with care to prevent severe vibration, collision, and must not be turned upside down. Packaged stoves should generally not be stored in the open for long periods of time and should be placed in a warehouse with good ventilation and no corrosive gases. When temporary open-air storage is required, rainproof measures should be taken.

Safety precautions and usage environment

1. This equipment should be placed in a stable place, with the left and right sides at least 10cm away from non-combustible objects, and the back should be at least 20cm away from non-combustible objects (brick walls, etc.).

2. Users need to have a fixed power supply line near Commercial Griddles & Flat Top Grills, and should be equipped with an all-pole disconnect device with a contact spacing of ≥3mm and a leakage protection switch. No debris is allowed to be piled in front of the switch to facilitate operation.

3. The power supply voltage used by this equipment must be consistent with the power supply voltage on the product nameplate, and the power supply voltage fluctuation is ±10%.

4. The ground wire (yellow-green wire) of Commercial Griddles & Flat Top Grills is led out together with the power cord. The ground wire should be reliably connected to the safety-compliant ground wire in the fixed power supply line to ensure the safety of electricity.

5. The equipotential connecting terminal " " of this equipment is located at the bottom of the back of the furnace, and a copper core wire of no less than 2.5mm² should be used to reliably connect it to the adjacent equipotential connecting terminal or a ground wire that meets safety regulations.

Warning: It is strictly prohibited to connect the grounding wire to water pipes, gas pipes, heating pipes and other pipes, otherwise it may cause safety accidents!

6. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with a YCW or YZW oil-resistant cable with the same cross-sectional area and a yellow-green double-color ground wire.

7. If the electrical installation and power cord are damaged, they must be installed and replaced by personnel with electrician certificates or relevant electrical knowledge.

8. Commercial Griddles & Flat Top Grills are not intended for use by people (including children) who are physically weak, slow to react or have mental disorders, unless they can be used safely under the guidance or assistance of a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

9. If the stove is placed on a support, measures should be taken to prevent the stove from sliding off the support.
