How to operate:

1. For the new one-machine multi-purpose vertical stainless steel electric griddle, check whether the power supply is installed normally. Make sure that the power supply voltage is consistent with the voltage used by the stove.

2. Turn on the power and the green indicator light will light up. At this time, current has been supplied to the furnace. Rotate the thermostat clockwise and align the required temperature scale value with the scale position. At this time, the yellow indicator light is on and the green indicator light is off, indicating that the electric heating tube is working and the temperature is rising.

3. When the temperature rises to the set temperature, the thermostat can automatically cut off the power supply. At the same time, the yellow indicator light turns off, the green indicator light turns on, and the electric heating tube stops working. When the temperature drops slightly, the thermostat can automatically turn on the power, the yellow indicator light turns on, the green indicator light goes off, the electric heating tube resumes work, and the temperature rises. This cycle is repeated to ensure that the temperature is constant within the set temperature range.

4. When using, clean the oil in the oil box in time to prevent overflow.

5. If any abnormality occurs during use, you must stop using it immediately and continue to use it after checking and troubleshooting.

Cleaning and maintenance:

1. During cleaning and maintenance, the power supply should be cut off to prevent accidents.

2. After finishing work every day, use a wet towel without corrosive detergent to clean the surface of the furnace body and the surface of the power lead wire. It is strictly forbidden to rinse directly with water to avoid damaging the electrical performance.

3. During the cleaning process, clean the water in the oil receiving basin in time to prevent overflow.

Installation precautions and usage environment:

1. It should be placed in a stable place, with the left and right sides at least 10cm away from non-combustible objects, and the back should be at least 20cm away from non-combustible objects (such as brick walls, etc.).

2. The power supply voltage used by this equipment must be consistent with the power supply voltage on the product nameplate.

3. Users need to install suitable power switches, fuses and leakage protectors near the equipment. No debris is allowed to be piled in front of the switch to facilitate operation.

4. This stainless steel electric griddle must be safely grounded before use.

5. Before starting up, check whether the electrical components of the product are firmly connected and whether the safety grounding is reliable.

6. When replacing the power cord, use the same type of cable and ask a professional to replace it.

7. For the electrical connection installation and maintenance of this product, personnel with electrician operating certificates should be asked to install it.
